The Strategic Planning Committee began the revision of the strategic plan in the Fall of 2011 with the PAM division survey (summary of results can be found at the PAM website). During the PAM Business meeting at the 2012 SLA Annual conference, a draft of the new strategic plan was presented. In addition to feedback gathered at that time, we also accepted feedback through email for those not in attendance. With a few edits made, the final version of the PAM Strategic Plan 2012-2015 was approved by the PAM Board on December 15, 2012. It has been posted to the PAM website.
