- Your sponsorship is announced to all members on the PAM e-mail List-serv.
- The Public Relations Committee of PAM provides all of our sponsors with Thank You signs posted at the door(s) of the event that you are sponsoring.
- The sponsors are listed on the PAM Dancecard (a listing of PAM events that is easy to keep with your name badge) and on the PAM Conference Schedule webpage. Example
- Sponsors are listed in the PAM Program which is published in the PAM Bulletin prior to the annual conference. Example (pg. 2)
- Sponsors are prominently listed on the PAM website. Example
- Sponsors are acknowledged at the beginning of each event.
- Sponsors registered for the conference are encouraged to attend the event they are sponsoring and can distribute handouts to participants if there are marketing materials they want to share with the group.
- Sponsors registered for the conference are invited to the various PAM Open House events and encouraged to mingle with our members. These events are typically well attended and provide sponsors with an opportunity to build relationships with our members and talk about their product(s) in an informal setting.
- Sponsors of the PAM Bulletin gain exposure with a large logo from your company on the Bulletin’s main page, and a smaller logo on the table of contents page, plus a half page advertisement inside the issue. Additionally, the sponsor logo is placed on each page of the web edition of the PAM Bulletin. Example
- Each PAM Bulletin sponsorship includes the following wording above your notice and logo: The current issue of the Bulletin is generously sponsored by [your company name here]. Bulletin Sponsorship details and technical specifications for providing the logo and ad are here. (bottom of page).
